Refund policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We cannot accept cancellations less than two weeks from the shipment or pickup date. If requesting a refund for a cancelled order due to reasons outside of the bakery’s control, an 85% refund of the total amount paid by the customer will be issued.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Southern Sugar Bakery does not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom and perishable nature of our products.
Shipping Policy:
We are unable to give refunds for any shipped package that arrives late or gets lost en route due to issues with the shipping carrier that are outside of our control. Once an order leaves our bakery, we cannot be held responsible for how the package is handled by the third-party shipping carrier. As such, we do not offer refunds for broken or damaged cookies.
Pickup Policy:
Once an order has been picked up and left the premises, we cannot be held responsible for broken or damaged products. If you notice a problem with your order, please ring the doorbell to speak with a team member before leaving the bakery.
