Once your order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations less than two weeks from the order (i.e. ship or pickup) date. If requesting a refund for a cancelled order due to reasons outside of the bakery’s control, we will only be able to offer an 85% refund of the total amount paid by the customer.
The shipping date you chose at checkout is the date the order will leave our bakery. Once orders have been shipped, Southern Sugar Bakery is not responsible for any damage to product during the shipping process or any delays caused by the shipping carrier. No reimbursement will be offered.
