Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Once your order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations less than two weeks from the order (i.e. ship or pickup) date. If requesting a refund for a cancelled order due to reasons outside of the bakery’s control, we will only be able to offer an 85% refund of the total amount paid by the customer.

Shipping Disclaimer:
The shipping date you chose at checkout is the date the order will leave the bakery. If you select the date at checkout that you want the cookies delivered and do NOT select the date that you would like the cookies shipped from our bakery, we will not offer refunds if the cookies arrive later than your event. We have multiple disclaimers at each step of checkout warning customers to select the SHIP date and not the delivery date and cannot be held responsible for late packages in these circumstances. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you void your right for a refund in this specific case.

Many shipping carriers are experiencing delays, even if it states that the arrival date is "guaranteed." We are unable to give refunds for any shipped package that does not arrive on time or gets lost enroute due to issues with the shipping carrier. Once an order leaves our bakery we cannot be held responsible for how the package is handled. Please keep this in mind when placing your shipped cookie order.

Breakage Disclaimer:
For shipped orders we take great care to package each cookie securely to minimize the risk of breakage during transit. Whenever possible, we will include any extra cookies with shipped orders, however, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee your order will include extras. Once an order leaves our bakery, we cannot control how it is handled by the shipping carrier. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for cookies that arrive broken. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
