Our ordering calendar requires at least one week of lead time for production. We recommend ordering earlier for weddings, large celebrations, and busy holidays to allow additional time for shipping. Available ship dates are shown during checkout.

Many of our existing cookie designs offer personalization options, such as names, ages, wording, or selected colors. We also offer edible photo cookies and corporate logo cookies. We are not currently accepting requests for entirely new hand-decorated designs outside our available collections.
How does shipping work for Washington cookie orders?
At checkout, choose the date you want your cookies to ship from our Raleigh bakery, not the date you want them delivered. Available UPS and USPS shipping methods and their delivery estimates are shown at checkout. If arrival on a specific date is important, select an eligible guaranteed delivery service.

Our decorated sugar cookies are individually sealed for freshness and are intended to remain fresh for up to two weeks when properly stored. They can also be frozen for up to six months, making it easy to order ahead for a special occasion.

Southern Sugar Bakery does not have a pickup location in Washington. Local pickup is available at our bakery in Raleigh, North Carolina, for eligible orders. Customers in Washington can have their cookies shipped directly to their home, workplace, or gift recipient.
