Shipping

At checkout, you will choose the date your cookie order will SHIP from our bakery (this is not the same as choosing the date you’d like for it to arrive!). There is a minimum one-week lead time to process orders. However, once we have reached order capacity for the week, we will block off unavailable dates as necessary.

Shipping options will generate at checkout and each method should give you an estimated ship time. We ship via UPS or United States Postal Service to all 50 states in the US. We cannot offer international shipping at this time, including Mexico and Canada.

We package the cookies with extra care (includes individual wrapping for each cookie) in order for them to avoid breaking while in transit. We cannot be held responsible for broken cookies once they have left our bakery. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible if a package is shipped out on the date of your choosing but arrives late or is lost en route.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID and other weather-related issues, many shipping carriers are experiencing delays, even if it states that the arrival date is "guaranteed." We are unable to give refunds for any shipped package that does not arrive on time or gets lost en route due to issues with the shipping carrier. Once your order leaves our bakery we cannot be held responsible for how the package is handled. Please keep this in mind when placing your shipped cookie order.
