Frequently Asked Questions About Cookie Shipping to San Diego
Does Southern Sugar Bakery ship decorated cookies to San Diego?
Yes! Southern Sugar Bakery is based in Raleigh, North Carolina, and ships decorated cookies to San Diego and throughout the United States. Our cookies are carefully packaged for shipping, making them a sweet choice for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, holidays, and thoughtful gifts.
How far in advance should I order cookies for an event?
Our ordering calendar requires at least one week of lead time for production. We recommend ordering earlier for weddings, large celebrations, and busy holidays to allow additional time for shipping. Available ship dates are shown during checkout.
Can I personalize my decorated cookies?
Our decorated cookies feature Southern Sugar Bakery designs. Some products offer specific personalization options, which are shown on their product pages. We also offer edible photo cookies and corporate logo cookies with their own ordering options. We do not create new hand-decorated designs from customer-submitted ideas.
How does shipping work for San Diego cookie orders?
During checkout, you'll select the date your cookies will ship from our Raleigh bakery. Since shipping dates and arrival dates are different, we recommend allowing a little extra time for your cookies to reach you. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Will my cookies stay fresh during shipping?
Our decorated sugar cookies are individually sealed for freshness and are intended to remain fresh for up to two weeks when properly stored. They can also be frozen for up to six months, making it easy to order ahead for a special occasion.
Can I pick up my order in San Diego?
