Description

Our decorated cookie cakes make every event extra special! It's the perfect treat for group gatherings such as birthdays, office parties, sporting events, and every holiday in between. We offer our cookie cakes in both a 14" or 16" size cake, complete with a personalized message and two colors of buttercream icing. We also offer an option that covers the surface of the cake in an additional layer of icing!

Please take note:

  • Enter your cookie cake message in the "Message" field below. (For Example: "Happy Birthday, Molly!"). Messages must conform to the line and character count enforced in the text box. The cake surface will only accommodate these parameters. 

  • We cannot guarantee an exact color match, but we will do our best to get as close as possible to the colors you have specified!

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship our cookie cakes.

  • Once the cookie cake leaves our bakery, we cannot be held responsible for broken cookie cakes or any subsequent damage. 

  • Once your order has been paid for, we will not be able to make any changes.

Decorated Sugar Cookies: All purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, eggs, vanilla, powdered sugar, meringue powder, water, food coloring (dependent on design colors).

Logo/Photo Cookies: All purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, butter, eggs, vanilla, powdered sugar, meringue powder, water, GMP-certified edible ink cartridge.

Cookie Cakes: Chocolate chips, all purpose flour, sugar, brown sugar, sea salt, vanilla, butter, eggs, powdered sugar, meringue powder, water, food coloring (dependent on design colors).

Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Drop Cookies: Chocolate chips, all purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, vanilla, butter, eggs.

Old Fashioned Butter Drop Cookies: All purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, vanilla, butter, eggs.

Double Chocolate Peanut Butter: Chocolate chips, all purpose flour, bread flour, sugar, cocoa powder, peanut butter chips, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, vanilla, butter, eggs.

Easter Eggs: Peanut butter, whole milk, butter, chocolate, meringue powder, Powdered Sugar, vanilla, water, food coloring.
Shipping information

Shipping Policy

At checkout, you will choose the date your cookie order will SHIP from our bakery, NOT the date you would like for it to arrive! We have multiple disclaimers at each step of checkout warning customers to select the SHIP date and not the delivery date and we cannot be held responsible for late packages in these circumstances.There is a minimum one-week lead time on our calendar to process orders. Unavailable dates will be blocked off on our calendar as necessary.

Shipping options will be generated at checkout. We ship via UPS or United States Postal Service to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time, including to Mexico and Canada.

UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express offer estimated arrival dates. UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Early offer guaranteed arrival dates. If you would like for your cookies to arrive on a specific date, you must select a guaranteed method of delivery.

We do not give refunds for any packages that are delayed or lost en route by the shipping carrier. UPS and USPS are third-party shipping carriers, and as such, Southern Sugar Bakery assumes no responsibility on how the package is handled once it has left our bakery.

Packages that have been returned to us, due to an incorrect address or other reasons outside of our control, will be subject to additional charges if re-shipment is required.

We take great care to package each cookie securely to minimize the risk of breakage during shipment. When possible, we will include any extra cookies in your shipment, but we cannot guarantee your order will include extras. Once a package leaves our bakery, we cannot control how it is handled by the shipping carrier. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for cookies that arrive broken. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Southern Sugar Bakery does not offer returns or exchanges due to the custom and perishable nature of our products.
